We understand that unexpected events happen and may require you to cancel or reschedule a booking. Please note our policy:
We request a notice period of 48 hours for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to manage our schedules effectively and serve all our clients in a timely manner.
We strongly encourage rescheduling over cancellation to help ensure your space maintains its clean and healthy environment.
If you must cancel and haven't provided at least 48 hours' notice, a charge equivalent to the cleaning service fee will be applied to your account.
If you've given us at least 48 hours' notice and rescheduling isn't possible, we'll credit your account for services not provided.
Please note, the maximum number of credits provided for cancelled cleans is limited to two per year. Any cancellation requests beyond this limit will not result in a credit to your account.
